CybLight website terms of use

General provisions

CybLight is the author's personal non-commercial project. The cyblight.org website, login.cyblight.org sign-in service, api.cyblight.org API, and official Android app are provided "as is" without commercial availability guarantees.

By using the Site and related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the project. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• violate laws or third-party rights;
• hack, overload, or bypass CybLight service protections;
• spread spam, malware, or false information on behalf of the project;
• use an account for insults, threats, or harassment of other users;
• automatically scrape data from the Site without my permission.

I reserve the right to restrict access to the Site or account if these rules are violated.

Content and copyright

Texts, design, code, and materials on cyblight.org belong to the project author unless stated otherwise. You may view and quote them with attribution; copying and commercial use without permission are prohibited.

The Site may link to third-party resources (YouTube, GitHub, etc.). I do not control their content and am not responsible for external services.

Account

Registration on login.cyblight.org is voluntary. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account.

You provide your own profile data, messages, and privacy settings. Do not publish anything you do not want other users to see.

Mobile app

The APK is distributed via the official App page and GitHub Releases. You install it at your own risk; download only from these official sources.

The app uses the same CybLight account and the same conduct rules as the Site.

Limitation of liability

The Site and services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages. I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of all materials, or error-free code or content.

The project is not intended for mission-critical use. Use it at your own risk. The author is not liable for indirect damage, data loss, or issues arising from use of the Site, app, or third-party links.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is always available via the Terms of Use link in the Site footer. By continuing to use the project after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
